A home is more than a return address: It’s where you wake up in the morning, sunlight pouring in through your bedroom window. It’s where you recharge your batteries after a long day and an even longer commute. It’s where you gather with your friends and family, with the people you love, sharing stories and making memories.

     As for my own home, I live in a newly renovated condo in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood — my home is steps away from Lake Michigan, bike paths and parks.  When I need a break from the city, I walk out my door and enjoy the peace and serenity of the lakefront with my family.  I am a life long resident of Chicago’s very own Rogers Park neighborhood on the far north side.  Where I live with my husband Liam and our two young children, Jordan and Shannon. 

     Growing up on Chicago’s far North Side I have witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the city’s North Side into one of the most sought-after places to live in the Windy City.  I am an expert in the Rogers Park neighborhood and a lifelong resident of the community. I attended Lane Tech High School, and later went on to graduate from Northeastern Illinois University with a degree in Marketing.

With roots in the northern suburbs of Detroit, Ashley moved to Chicago in 2002 to complete her Bachelor's degree and never looked back.

After a few years in the South Loop, she ventured north to Lakeview, then Lincoln Square, and finally in 2018, moved with her family to Rogers Park.

 A member of the National Association of Realtors®, Illinois Realtors®, and the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors®, Ashley joined the @properties family in 2020 as part of The Tedi Team.

Ashley brings with her over 15 years of experience in management and sales, including over 5 years in the luxury market and is known for her ability to cultivate excellent long-term relationships with clients generating greater sales and referrals. She has a Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and has repeatedly achieved the number one spot in sales every year since 2015.

For Ashley, one of the key ingredients to a successful relationship with her clients is trust, transparency, and truly getting to know them on a personal level. What she cares about most is helping her buyers find the right home for them and guiding sellers to ensure they get the full value for their home, make the improvements needed to increase their return on investment, and avoiding the pitfalls of over-improving their properties.

When she isn't making home ownership dreams come true, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their three crazy cats.
